Our refund and returns policy is crafted to reflect our commitment to providing a smooth and professional customer experience, especially when it comes to resolving issues.
Eligibility for Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Due to the nature of home décor products, items that show signs of use, damage, or customization are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, supporting photos. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including where to send the item and any additional steps necessary.
Refund Eligibility: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing timeline.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of items are exempt from returns or refunds. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses.
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return under our standard policy.
Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing period, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
